Last orders for Xmas delivery - Midnight Tuesday 17th December

While most of our products are now fulfilled through print-on-demand with Teemill, some items are still dispatched directly by us.

If your order includes products from both Mild West Heroes and Teemill, separate delivery charges will apply. However, we’ve worked to keep these charges as low as possible to avoid any surprises.

Delivery Charges:

  • Items fulfilled by Mild West Heroes: £2.50 per order (UK addresses)
  • Items fulfilled by Teemill (print on demand): £4.50 per order (UK addresses)

No matter how many items you order, the maximum delivery charge for a combined order to UK addresses is £7.00.

Your order will be sent in a 100% degradable or recyclable mailbag.

Delivery Method

UK orders fulfilled by us are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, as are those handled by Teemill.

We aim to dispatch your items within 1-3 working days after payment is received. During particularly busy periods, there may be slight delays, but rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order printed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Exchanges and Returns

If you're not delighted with your purchase return the product unworn and in the original packaging and we’ll replace it with a new item or full refund. 

We're flexible about time and understand that a lot of our shirts get bought as presents and may need to be exchanged for a different size after 2 or even 3 months, as long as the item is in perfect condition this is not a problem. If the item just isn't suitable we will refund your purchase.

Please contact us first if you wish to return your goods.

We recommend using a tracked service from Royal Mail.
Include your name and address with the package, along with your order number.

On receipt of your package we will email you to let you know we have received it and in the case of refunds your money will be returned to the original debit/credit card used.

Missing Orders

Please allow 10 working days after day of dispatch before contacting us. The Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as missing until after this time.
