Lovely T-Shirt Lovelier Service
Saw the airfix robot T-shirt on the site but it was out of stock. I made an enquiry and Mild West couldn’t say when it would be available but promised to tell me when it was back in stock How many times have you heard that? But weeks later they did just that. I ordered and the excellent T-shirt came soon after. What’s not to like?

I ordered the Airfix Robot organic cotton t-shirt as a direct replacement for my previous one which was one of my favourite tees, but getting a bit tatty. Mark was on the ball and contacted me straight away with an explanation of a small delay and an ETA. The tee arrived shortly and the printing was great, but as I still had my old one it was obvious that the actual teeshirt material was much lighter weight. The "heaviness", or "build-quality" of some of my tees is what makes them my favourites. For info, the old one weighs 200g and the new one 179g, both XL size. If they could go back to the heavy-weight material they would get an instant 5-stars.

Hello Andy, thanks for your review and I'm sorry you're disappointed with the shirt quality. Can you describe the label in the collar to me as we use a couple of different styles, depending on availability. We have only ever used shirts by Continental Clothing, so it would be good to know which style of shirt you received. All the best. Mark
