Delivery
We aim to send your goods out in 1-3 working days from receipt of payment by Royal mail recorded delivery, but please allow up to 28 days. If your purchase is a gift, email us, we’ll check our stock and do our best to get it to you in time.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation order number by email when we have received your order, please quote this no. if you need to get in touch with us. We will also email to let you know your order is on its way.
P&P
This is included in the price of UK orders. Outside UK, it depends on where you live, email us and we’ll let you know.
Your order will be sent in a 100% degradeable ‘Biothene’ mailbag. These feature two sealing strips in case you need to send anything back, or for you to re-use for another purpose.
Missing Orders
Please allow 7 working days after day of dispatch before contacting us. The Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as missing until after this time.
Returns and Cancellations
If your not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 14 day no questions asked guarantee. Return the product in the original packaging and we’ll replace it with a new item or full refund. It’s your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us securely, so we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery. We regret that p&p cannot be refunded in this instance.Please contact us first if you wish to return your goods, we’ll supply you with a returns code, which you must include in the package to insure we process your return as efficiently as possible. Also include your original order number and name and address. On receipt of goods we will email you to let you know we have received it and your money will be returned to the original debit/credit card used, within 30 days.
