Delivery and Returns

P&P

All deliveries are free to UK addresses. 

For the rest of the world we use International Standard postage through Royal Mail.

We don't believe in using excessive packaging and don't individually bag items or issue paper receipts. Your order will be sent in a 100% degradable mailbag.

Delivery

We aim to send your goods out in 1-3 working days from receipt of payment, at very busy times this may be a bit longer, rest assured we will be doing our utmost to get it printed and sent as soon as we can.

Single t-shirts will be sent as standard 1st class large letter and multiple tees will be sent 1st class small parcel. Let us know if your purchase is a gift, we'll always do our best to get it to you in time.

Availability

Whilst we aim to keep everything in stock, sometimes we may be out of the item you have ordered. If this is the case we will notify you and then please allow 14-21 days for delivery. If you need it sooner we'll do our best to get it printed for you.

Exchanges and Returns

If you're not delighted with your purchase return the product unworn and in the original packaging and we’ll replace it with a new item or full refund. It’s your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us securely, so we recommend you use a Royal Mail signed for service.

We're flexible about time and understand that a lot of our shirts get bought as presents and may need to be exchanged for a different size after 2 or even 3 months, as long as the item is in perfect condition this is not a problem. If the item just isn't suitable we will refund your purchase.

Please contact us first if you wish to return your goods. Include your name and address with the package, along with your order number. On receipt of your package we will email you to let you know we have received it and in the case of refunds your money will be returned to the original debit/credit card used.

Missing Orders

Please allow 7 working days after day of dispatch before contacting us. The Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as missing until after this time.
